Winston with all his war-paint on.

The most notable use of this phrase dates back to 1914, at the start of the First World War. Then-Prime Minister H. H. Asquith wrote in a letter about Churchill, who was First Lord of the Admiralty, that "Winston, who has got on all his war-paint, is longing for a sea-fight"

Britain started both world wars for a few reasons there is a lot of evidence for….Shocking to realise that Churchill, the ‘hero’ was desperate for Hitler to bomb civilians in Britain because unless that happened, Churchill could not get the US to join.. Churchill was in huge debt apparently and had been offered huge sums to act for Zionism (not the British people) He shoud have been one of those punished at Nuremberg with complicit royals.
